Our school district has a cell tower that’s been under lease for a number of years and we recently received an offer to buy that lease for a substantial amount of money.
What I Was Offered
Tower Point made a substantial offer for an outright purchase of the lease rights. They compared our tower’s value against other properties in the market, but we knew that every tower has its own value, and we weren’t sure they were giving us a fair estimate of our value.
