The Association was contacted by a telecom company for cell tower placement in exchange for revenue in the form of cell tower rent. After Stonington Homeowners Association received the results from Vertical Consultants’ free cell tower lease review, the group felt it was imperative to sign on with the telecom consulting firm as a client. Vertical Consultants will negotiate with Stonington Homeowners Association’s telecom tenant in order to arrange better cell tower lease terms and higher cell tower rent revenue for the Association.
