The North Platte City Council, located in Nebraska, has received applications from Verizon to construct two new cell towers at separate locations in the city. The Planning and Zoning Commission of the North Platte fully support the tower plans, as they are aware of the need to increase data bandwidth for residents. According to NPTelegraph.com, “The tower at 3783 N. Thompson Drive is slated to be 187 feet tall, while the tower at 802 E. Francis St. will be 100 feet tall.”
If the cell tower does win approval, it is highly important that the property owners seek counsel prior to signing any agreement with Verizon.
