A Canadian not-for-profit organization recently signed a lease agreement with a large telecom company for construction of a new cell tower on its property. The St. Johnโs organization agreed to a five-year lease agreement with Canadaโs telecom giant, Bell Mobility. According to a representative from Bell Mobility, โDemand for cellular services is growing at a rapid pace and that the McLoughlan Street tower, along with one proposed for the Oceanex Terminal, would enhance services for its customers.โ
