The Seventh Day Adventist Church in Morristown, New Jersey could potentially be welcoming a new cell tower to its backyard. The cell tower application is going to be presented to the Zoning Board in order to determine if the church location is the best possibility for the tower site. According to The Observer-Tribune, “The Zoning Board of Adjustment in September granted variances to permit a cell tower to be constructed at the rear of the Seventh Day Adventist Church property near the intersection of Tempe Wick Road and Route 202. Shortly after the zoning board granted approvals, however, a township resident of Tempe Wick Road filed an appeal with the township over the approvals.”

If the application is approved and a cell tower is planned for the church, it is vital that the church representatives seek counsel prior to signing an agreement with the telecom or tower company. Vertical Consultants can assist your church in exploring all options available to maximize the full value of your property.  We have worked with non-profit organizations throughout North America. We will be glad to share in more detail what services we can provide and always offer a free initial review.
