The Ruidoso Police Department, located in New Mexico, has welcomed a new cell tower to its property. The 120-foot Verizon cell tower is a win-win for the police department, as they will be able to utilize the tower for their own emergency equipment. According to Ruidoso Police Special Agent Richard Swenor, “Having the new tower so close to the police station will be a big help. The new Verizon tower will allow better coverage for police and civilians alike.”
It is of great importance that the Ruidoso Police Department had sought well-qualified counsel prior to signing the long-term commitment with the telecom company, as they could have left thousands of dollars on the table. Vertical Consultants has worked with all types of property owners, including municipalities, who are being paid below-market value for the use of their property. The telecom giants have experts working for them, shouldn’t you as well?
