Kyle joined Vertical Consultants as Senior Director of Cell Site Management after practicing primarily real estate and telecommunications law for the previous six (6) years.
Kyle represented Verizon Wireless as legal counsel in the drafting, negotiation, and management of hundreds of cell tower lease agreements, including those involving large, sophisticated entities (major hospital systems, city, county, and state governments/agencies, large corporations, real estate investment trusts, international airports, and other wireless telecom companies, etc.) as well as individual landowners.
Kyle holds a law degree from Regent University School of Law (Virginia Beach, VA), as well as a Bachelorโs Degree in Political Science from Tennessee Tech University (Cookeville, TN).
