Cell tower lease consultants, Vertical Consultants, proudly announces its client, the New York City Housing Authority, is expanding its relationship with the firm. The NYCHA was the first agency in the United States to provide low income housing throughout New York City, currently housing more than 400,000 residents and managing 325 public housing units.
The representatives from the NYCHA had previously signed on as a client with Vertical Consultants, seeking assistance with multiple cell tower leases on various City properties. They recently had questions regarding another lease, thereby further engaging Vertical Consultants to provide counsel and optimize opportunities regarding the additional site.
