Bellflower Self-Storage is a California based company operating facilities across the state. The self-storage operator was receiving ancillary income through site rental revenue generated by a cell tower located on the self-storage property.
Concerned with the status of their cell tower lease, Bellflower approached Vertical Consultants to review the cell tower lease associated with the self-storage property.
