What is the length of the lease and payment amount to me?

If your property is chosen as a suitable site for constructing a tower, you will have the opportunity to negotiate a long-term lease with recurring revenue.

How much space is needed for a cell tower?

The typical size of a cell tower site ranges from 2,500 to 10,000 square feet depending on the development needs of the cell tower company.

Who is responsible for constructing and maintaining the road to the tower and other infrastructure?

The tower company is 100% responsible for the road, fencing, electricity, insurance, maintenance, etc. and for obtaining and maintaining the permits and zoning/ governmental approvals for the cell tower site.

If my property is selected for a cell tower, will I have input on the location of the tower?

As the property owner, you will control the location of the tower.

How does the tower company benefit by getting information about my property?

By obtaining property owner information, a cell tower company is able to pre-qualify a potential cell site. This eliminates the time and cost of searching for a property in your area. Having multiple properties already identified as suitable candidates provides speed to market.

What information is needed to participate?

You will need to provide basic contact information (name, telephone number, email address) and the street address or latitude/ longitude information of the property.

Is there a cost to submit your property?

Vertical Consultants charges a one-time administrative fee of $19.99 to submit your property.
